While on your worry-free vacation sleep like a baby in the separate Queen bedroom with memory foam/pillow top mattress and crisp, clean linens and pillows-all included. Your 2 other guests or kiddos can sleep separately on the 2 sofa/bunks or pull them together to make a King size bed. Fully Stocked with dishes, bath towels, luxury soaps and shampoo... We provide Coffee and Coffee Fixings, kitchen soap and linens, RV Toilet Paper, and more. Please email us at cabins.alaskadownsouth@gmail.com with your campground reservation information so will know where to bring the RV for you. Most campgrounds allow check-in at 4 pm...we will do our utmost to have everything set up and ready for your arrival by 6 pm. Checkout of RV is 1 hour before the checkout time listed on your campsite reservation.

Policy for Moose’s Caboose RV: When you book this RV, you are verifying that you have read, acknowledged, and intend to obey the policies and rules of Fox Pass Cabins and the specific policy for The Moose’s Caboose. Not adhering to the rules subjects you to the cost of damages, cleaning, and/or fines.

Specific Rules for “Moose’s Caboose RV”:

• I am responsible to adhere to the Campground rules and policies per my booking and take full responsibility for any penalties incurred by them as a result of failure to comply
• I will not flush anything other than provided RV toilet paper down the toilet and will not put anything other than water down the sinks
• If anything is found damaged or missing, I am responsible to pay for it. Any amount of damages or missing items over the security deposit will be automatically taken from the credit card on my reservation file
• Security deposit will be refunded in full if upon inspection the property is found to be in checkout state, clean, and undamaged.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind. You will be charged a fine of $500 if any evidence is found of smoking inside the RV
• No Pets allowed
• Guests are not allowed to move RV at any time, per our insurance policy. The host is the only one who can transport
• I agree to be held responsible for an excessive cleaning fee of $65 if I do not leave the RV in “check out state”
