Frequently asked questions 

BOOKING:
Why can't I add more than 2 adults and 1 child to the reservation? 
Our system has a default setting of 2 adults and 1 child. Please click the "check availability" button and change the actual number intended from the defaults on the next screen.

If I paid for the Best Available Rate, when will the final payment be taken?
The final payment will be taken from the card you placed on file on the day of check-in. If you need it taken sooner or need to change the payment type, please contact us.

How do I get to your property?

How do I access my vacation rental?
All information is emailed a few days before. If you didn't receive it, check your junk to see if it was flagged as spam. If you still don't see it. Please contact us.

Can I drive to each vacation rental without a reservation?
The short answer is no. Each unit is private, but if you drive into the driveway, you will be invading other guests space and possibly startling them while they are enjoying their vacation. We do, however, offer free tours of our rentals, but this must be done so in advance. Please contact us to line a personal tour up.

Can I bring my motorcycle?
The entire property has gravel roads. We only recommend it if you have it on a trailer or your bike can handle a little off-roading.
